We asked Content Craftsmen do a complete redesign of our website. They brought out the human element of our company and really made our website come alive. We are now getting more inquiries through our website than we ever have in the past. The best part is that they tell our story so well that when prospective clients call us, it seems like they already know us and trust us. That has dramatically changed the initial call from one of having to sell to when can we get started. As a result, our introductory calls are very effective and efficient because the trusted relationship was started before the prospect made the call.
A year has passed since I last commented on Content Craftsmen's impact on my business. I can report that with Tom Sweeney's management of my social marketing content and campaigns, revenues were up 25% in 2015 and we are poised for another great growth year in 2016. New clients overwhelming tells us that they called because they liked what they saw on our website.Our clients hire us because we are experts at providing legal and business advice to owner-operated construction companies. We hire Content Craftsmen because they are experts at driving prospective clients to our door, and I'm confident Tom will do the same thing for his other clients.
Tom's creativity and strategy have brought my marketing tools to a whole new level. It has taken very little of my time to monitor or contribute to his initiatives. Very happy with Tom's forward thinking!
I have had Tom present a number of times to a NARI Roundtable Group that I am a part of.
